How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
Every Benling watch carries a 1 Year warranty, counted from the day it is delivered. It covers manufacturing defects in the movement and the watch functions. It does not cover scratches, knocks and drops, water damage from misuse, or repairs done by anyone other than Benling. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and use the Contact page if anything stops working.
Is the Benling Casino Series™ | Luxury Roulette Quartz Watch - with Premium Casino Chips & Roulette Game Map water resistant?
Water resistance is different on every model, so check the Specifications dropdown above for the rating of this watch. If a rating is not listed, treat it as splash-resistant only: fine for a sudden shower, not for swimming or the shower. Pull the crown fully in and keep the watch away from hot water.
Does it need a battery or winding?
Battery-powered watches normally need a fresh cell every one to two years, and any watch shop can change it. Self-winding mechanical watches have no battery and run from the movement of your wrist. The Movement row in the Specifications dropdown above tells you which one this watch is.
Will it fit my wrist, and can the strap be adjusted?
