Warranty Instructions for Benling Products  

Warranty Coverage:

  • Benling Wrist Watches: 01 Year
  • Backpacks: 1 year warranty
  • Trolleys: 1 year warranty
  • Electronics: 1 year warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects resulting from workmanship, wear and tear, or other damages.

How to Claim Warranty:

Warranty Conditions:

  • Products shipped to and used in India are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship if they are properly stored, handled, assembled, maintained, and used under normal conditions.
  • The warranty is applicable for a period of 1 year for all watches, while digital watches have a warranty of 6 months.
  • For products purchased from unauthorized retailers, warranty coverage is not provided.
  • If the product’s serial numbers, production date codes, or other tracking marks have been altered or removed, the warranty will be void.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper storage, handling, assembly, maintenance, or use.
  • Defects arising from modifications, intentional damage, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Variations in color or texture in products made from fabric, leather, steel, or other materials.
  • Water damage if the product's water resistance levels are not adhered to.

Returning Your Product:

For warranty service, please send your product to our service center, including the following information:

  • Name
  • Full address
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Purchase location
  • Model reference of the item
  • A copy of your proof of purchase
  • Full description of the issue
  • ORDER ID

Repair and Replacement:

If your item is covered by the warranty, it will be repaired and returned free of charge. In the case of defects not covered by the warranty, you will receive a cost estimate before any work is carried out.
