Return and Exchange Policy

At Benling, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item under our return policy.

7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders

You can return the product within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice. If the product is damaged, please provide an unboxing video as proof to claim the return. Returns will be accepted only if you report the issue within 7 days by emailing us at wecare@benling.in.

Please note that courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the product at our warehouse, we will process the return and initiate a refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be processed after we receive the returned product in its original condition. The refund will be initiated via the same mode of payment used during the purchase, or via cheque if the original payment method is no longer in use. It typically takes 10-15 working days to process the refund after receiving the product.
