  • We ship all orders within 2-3 business days how ever due to unavoidable circumstances shipment might be get affected.
  • We offer replacements for all items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.

Refunds and Replacements

We offer replacements for all items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us at wecare@benling.in We will need to verify your order information and the reason for your return before we can process your request.

Before raising a request for return, Please ensure, product is unused, unopened, in sealable condition, there is no alteration in watch strap, with original packaging including box and invoices.

Returning Product will be verified physically at the time of return.

Order placed during promotion or sale are not eligible for return.

During the sale or promotion complimentary product need to be returned with the original product.

Please note shipping cost will not be refunded.

To verify the product either damaged or defective request you to make a video and attach the same on above email id.

Single product in combo can’t be returned.

If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

Once we have verified your request, we will issue you a refund or ship you a replacement item at our expense. If you are requesting a refund, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. If you are requesting a replacement item, we will ship it to you within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We ship all orders within a minimum of 2-3 business days and a maximum of 7 business days. The estimated delivery time for most orders is 3-5 business days. However, some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
