BENLING offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can return or exchange any product within 7 days from the date of delivery. All exchanges and returns must be unworn and unused for several reasons and with proper Invoice, original packaging, tags and guarantee card. Products without original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
(Kindly, do not accept the order if the seal or packaging is unsealed/ broken at the time of delivery.)
All products purchased from BENLING can be returned for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
HOW TO RETURN MY ORDER:
Customers have to self-ship the products to BENLING Service Centers.
Note: The shipping charges will be reimbursed.

Note: Please make sure that the returned products are packed properly and securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all returns, please use a reliable courier service.
PROCESS OF QUALITY CHECK
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the products by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements mentioned below:
● For several reasons, the products should be unused and unwashed.
● The product should have all the original packaging and tags. Products without proper Invoices, original packaging, tags and guarantee card will not be accepted.
● The product should be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
● In case you receive a damaged/defective product, you have to write us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can WhatsApp us at +91 8810614053. A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24 – 48 working hours from the date we receive the products.
● We may ask you to share snapshots of the damaged/defective product.
Note: Any returned product received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed (refunded) in this case.
